Model Case : IT Wallplanner
Challenge: Build ongoing
awareness of IT advisory services provided by a professional
services company within a constrained budget.
Solution: Creation and
distribution of an IT Trends poster to the readership of the
UK’s leading IT publication in conjunction with their
30th Anniversary celebration. Additionally a direct mail distribution
was made for clients and prospects that included a web competition
to support tracking and measurement.
Results: The large format
poster enabled recipients to note staff holidays etc. ensuring
a wide audience and long term visibility. A centre-spread
PR feature was also based on the analyst predictions. The
project was nominated for the Infoconomy Technology Sales
and Marketing campaign of 2003.
Model Case : iq Systems Jigsaw
Challenge:
To educate a globally dispersed sales force about a complex
IT product with a unique modular format.
Solution: Creation of a
book-format, cardboard jigsaw sales tool with the main product
elements created as full size cut out pieces. The reverse
of each jigsaw piece provided details of key technical merits.
Results: Cost for each
jigsaw was less than $5 each - a significant saving over in-house
training alternatives. The jigsaw enabled distribution channel
sales, allowing the modules to become one of the largest contributors
to corporate profit.
